Jennifer Garner consistently provides the absolute best fitness inspo. In fact, her healthy habits are impressive and fun. The celeb's trainer, Beth Nicely (founder of The Limit), recently told Shape Magazine Garner's workouts are "pretty advanced." She includes strength training, plyometric exercises, and dance moves into her regular routine. Above all, it's clear that Garner likes to have a great time in everyday life. It's easy to see the star's active, bubbly personality when taking a look at Garner's Instagram account, where she has 12.9M followers. The celeb's recent video of her box jump workout routine gained a lot of attention. Garner posted it to show all the love to Nicely for her birthday, captioning the clip with, "Happy birthday, you beautiful little devil. (heart and devil emojis)," and it was not long before everyone shared some love, too. The post attracted more than 5.6K views, received likes from over 478K people, and raked in comments from people absolutely swooning over the duo's motivation and skill. Gwyneth Paltrow commented, "I'm winded watching that," and honestly so were we after checking it out!
In the video, Garner has her hair pulled back into a ponytail and is sporting black leggings, a T-shirt, and sneaks. The pair starts with a few claps and then begins showing some seriously fancy footwork, as we counted 12 aggressive jumps in the pair's routine with "Stronger" by Sam Feldt cranked up in the background. The segment ends with smiles and laughter, and, well, we wish we were there to join in on the fun.

Nicely recently revealed to Shape that Garner "likes to work really hard, she's very, very strong." She also compliments the celeb for being a fabulous dancer and says, "I consider her a professional athlete in what she's capable of physically. We both love to dance, we both love to work hard, I think it's a good combination … She's definitely someone that loves to show up and get a workout in and feel good."
As far as a sampling of the duo's workout routine goes, Nicely tells Shape she loves doing "The Circuit" with Garner, which includes 40 jump rope jumps, eight box jumps, and 16 hops over a mini-trampoline with a medicine ball in hand. They complete five sets of these movements during "The Circuit."

Garner turned 50 years old in April, and she's truly never stopped kicking butt. She recently starred in the Netflix movie The Adam Project alongside Ryan Reynolds and Mark Ruffalo.
